Vasectomie inversée

L’inversion de la vasectomie (Inversions de coupe ou inversion de la stérilisation masculine) est l’opération pour identifier les extrémités coupées du canal déférent (qui a un diamètre minuscule de 0,2 mm à 0,4 mm) qui transporte les spermatozoïdes des testicules au pénis et les reconnecte pour transporter les spermatozoïdes de nouveau. Un chirurgien reconnecte chaque tube (canal déférent) qui transporte le sperme d’un testicule dans le sperme pendant la procédure. Après une inversion de vasectomie réussie, les spermatozoïdes sont à nouveau présents dans le sperme et vous pourrez peut-être mettre votre partenaire enceinte.


Les grands principes de cette opération sont les suivants :
  • Obtenez le meilleur alignement possible des ouvertures minuscules (lumens) des deux extrémités coupées qui pourraient être de diamètres différents
  • Connectez-les de manière étanche car une fuite peut provoquer un blocage de la connexion
  • Préservez l'approvisionnement en sang du canal déférent tout au long de la procédure, car une manipulation imprudente peut compromettre l'approvisionnement en sang et provoquer des cicatrices et un blocage.
  • S'il y a un blocage en amont au niveau de l'épididyme, alors une procédure de connexion du canal déférent à l'épididyme (Vaso-Epididymostomie) sera nécessaire. Un service d'inversion ne peut pas être un service complet si le chirurgien ne diagnostique pas le blocage et n'effectue pas cette procédure. Le simple fait de connecter l'extrémité vas à l'autre extrémité ne fonctionnera pas dans cette situation.
  • Il est essentiel de considérer que si vous avez subi une vasectomie il y a moins de dix ans, les taux de réussite dans votre capacité à produire à nouveau du sperme dans votre éjaculat sont de 95 % ou plus après une inversion de la vasectomie. Si votre vasectomie remonte à plus de 15 ans, le taux de réussite est plus faible.

I cannot thank Cyprus IVF Hospital enough for the incredible care and support I received throughout my IVF journey. I can not thank Chaimaa Quadini and the IVF team Enough. From start to finish they have supported me through absolutely everything. Öneriler sayesinde merkezle tanıştım. Selen hemşire gece gündüz demedi aklıma takılan ne varsa hepsine cevap verdi sıkılmadan☺️ sonra merkeze gidip tanıştım ve aynı ilgi orda da devam etti.
